The AMCS team ensures the link between the factory, the distributors and the customers through technical, logistical and commercial support. They ensure the delivery of new aircraft and pay attention to the satisfaction of the customer. The AMCS's are constantly visiting the distributors, as well as the main Airshows. This presence allows the AMCS to know and answer better your specific requirements.
The CMCS are in charge of the treatment, the follow-up of part orders and the request of quotations from the distributors and / or customers. The CMCS contribute to the satisfaction of the customers requests by proposing a suitable solution with the best prices. The CMCS department ensures also the distribution of the technical issues and the Service-Bulletins.
